Tap Feed Calculator Instructions

This is used to calculate feed rates for rigid tapping in CNC

Enter Threads per inch (not pitch, i.e. 32 or 20)

Enter the spindle speed in revolutions per minute.

Result will be the feed rate in inches per minute. CNC machines usually need only 2 decimal places accuracy for feed rates.
